During 2008 Ruth Laxton managed a project to develop new eLearning resources for staff and students at ACU National. The resources comprised a website and online tutorials within the Blackboard learning management system.

The project was carried out by a team located across the six ACU campuses and team members were both acadmic and technical staff. The team worked virtually and never met face to face as a whole group. The project came in on time and on budget and was judged a success by the Project Steering Committee.
